We are excited to announce a new class option for the New Year. CrossFit UNLOADED classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursday each week and are similar to our other CrossFit classes in intensity, variety, and fun, minus the technical Olympic lifts and heavy barbell work. CrossFit UNLOADED specifically targets people who may be overwhelmed at the thought of learning technical lifts or intimidated by the barbells. These classes combine metabolic conditioning, functional movement, and strength training that will help get you into the best shape of your life. Running, rowing, jump rope, air squats, pull-ups, push ups, and lunges are just a few of the exercise you can expect in an UNLOADED class. Weighted movements include the use of kettle bells, dumbbells, medicine balls and sand bags. In keeping with CrossFit tradition, participants will enjoy a non-judgmental team atmosphere where everyone is encouraged to put forth their best effort. All levels welcome. CrossFit UNLOADED does not require Fundamentals. You can begin getting fit right away!
