The road to fitness and wellness can be a long one with many obstacles and turns. It’s a path that can be difficult to navigate even for the most determined and resilient individual. Here at CrossFit Chronic we provide you with all the tools and guidance needed to help you establish new healthy habits that will support you throughout your journey. Whether you are looking to clean up your nutrition, lose weight, or build muscle mass we’ve got you covered.
Our Red Carpet OnRamp program is a tried and true system that we have been implementing since 2009 for all new athletes who desire to participate in Group CrossFit classes. Your training sessions will be unique to you and comprehensive, typically spanning over a period of two weeks. OnRamp allows athletes to build proper movement patterns through repetition and frequency in a personal training environment. Under the watchful eye of our seasoned Coaches new athletes not only learn about basic CrossFit movements, we also cover barbell safety, when and how to scale workouts, and gym etiquette.
If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another certified location, you may be eligible for CrossFit Chronics Test-Out option. A test out is a 1:1 60 minute training session with our head Coach. Together you will review your fitness level and knowledge of CrossFit. Not all CrossFit gyms are the same therefore you will also learn about our class structure, programming, and other specific philosophies inherent to CrossFit Chronic to ensure your success. If you are unable to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements your Coach will get you squared away and signed up for our Red Carpet OnRamp or whatever is appropriate to help you reach your fitness goals. The cost for the test out is $60.00 Request a test out.
