What is a No Sweat Intro? A NSI is a 20-30 min complimentary goal setting session. You’ll have an opportunity to sit down with a Coach and discuss your exercise history, what you are currently doing now for fitness as well as your current nutrition. We’ll discuss what your unique fitness and wellness goals are and what success would like for you in 3 months, 6 months and a year from now. In addition we’ll gather some biometrics such as; body circumferences and body fat analysis. It’s kinda like a before picture. All of this data will provide us with a snapshot of where you currently are in your fitness and wellness journey and how we can help you reach your fitness goals. There are no obligations beyond this initial appointment. This is simply an opportunity for you to explore all the services at CrossFit Chronic and how they may benefit you.
