Personal training is a great option for an athlete who wants to focus on mastering a particular goal and or exercise such as working on your cardiovascular strength, developing a better squat, developing specific strength or focussing on specifically on mobility. We offer single sessions as well as personal training packages. In addition we offer 30 minute Skill sessions which are a great way to supplement your group classes each month. Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to CrossFit Chronic is provided with the opportunity to ask questions and make new friends, learn about basic technique, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating/transitioning into regular CrossFit Chronic classes. You will choose one of the four ‘Get Started’ options.
4 Beginner Group Classes $189 Our beginner group classes are typically held mid month on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30 pm. This option gives you 4 opportunities to work on new movements and make new friends prior to entering regular CrossFit classes. Each class is one hour in length. Participants must attend at least 3 out of the 4 classes to gradate into regular group CrossFit classes. More Is Better!
10 Private Sessions $540 Providing you with optimal time to ease into CrossFit classes, but also the quickest way to excel at CrossFit by having the opportunity to practice the basic movements over and over in a one on one environment with your Coach. Committed To The Chronic
5 Private Sessions $285 Suitable even for the athlete who has previous CrossFit experience but wants to have a little more one on one time fine tuning movements with the Coach. 3,2,1 Go!
3 Private Sessions $189 Our most accelerated track. Best suited for those who are currently active without pre-existing injuries or mobility issues. You catch on quick. Let’s Do This
After completing your Fundamentals included in each package is 2 additional complimentary weeks of CrossFit group training. Request Fundamentals Appointment
Test-Out Experienced CrossFitter
If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another certified location, you may be eligible for CrossFit Chronics Test-Out option. We offer a 30min private session with one of our Coaches to review your fitness level and knowledge of CrossFit as well as familiarize you with the day to day here at our box. You are not required to lift a certain amount of weight or finish ‘Fran’ in 3 minutes. We just want to ensure your success and the best way to do that is to make sure you have the basic knowledge to work safely and comfortable in a group CrossFit class. Request Test-Out Appointment
