Personal training is a great option for an athlete who wants to focus on mastering a particular goal and or exercise such as working on your cardiovascular strength, developing a better squat, developing specific strength or focussing on specifically on mobility. We offer single sessions as well as personal training packages. In addition we offer 30 minute Skill sessions which are a great way to supplement your group classes each month. CrossFit Beginner Classes

Test-Out Experienced CrossFitter
If you are already familiar with CrossFit methodologies and have trained in another certified location, you may be eligible for CrossFit Chronics Test-Out option. We offer a 30min private session with one of our Coaches to review your fitness level and knowledge of CrossFit as well as familiarize you with the day to day here at our box. You are not required to lift a certain amount of weight or finish ‘Fran’ in 3 minutes. We just want to ensure your success and the best way to do that is to make sure you have the basic knowledge to work safely and comfortable in a group CrossFit class. Request Test-Out Appointment
