There are many options to get you started at CrossFit Chonic
Regardless of a person’s past athletic experience or current level of fitness, everyone who first comes to CrossFit Chronic is provided with the opportunity to ask questions and make new friends, learn about basic technique, terminology, pre-workout warm ups and exercises before participating/transitioning into regular CrossFit Chronic classes. Choose one of the ‘Get Started’ options below.
CrossFit Pop-Up Prep Course $49 Our Pop-Up Prep Course is offered periodically throughout the year. It is suited for those who are free of significant injuries and have been active or are currently participating in other forms of exercise. This one day course is 2 hours and 3 workouts. You walk away with new friends and smiles everywhere. (Apply this fee to your membership if you choose to sign up with CrossFit Chronic before you go home and tell your friends how much awesomer your life just got!) Limited to 10 per session. 4 Beginner Group Classes $189 Our beginner group classes are suitable for those who are currently active or have been actively participating in some form of exercise and are free of significant injuries. Beginner Group Classes are typically held mid month on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30 pm. This option gives you 4 opportunities to work on new movements and make new friends prior to entering regular CrossFit classes. Each class is one hour in length. 10 Private Sessions $540 If you have a lot of “concerns” or questions, a significant injury (or many little injuries), or if you’ve been sedentary for a long time you will benefit from a slower pace, more personal approach. Our 10 sessions provide the athlete with optimal time to ease into CrossFit classes, but also the quickest way to excel at CrossFit by having the opportunity to practice the basic movements over and over in a one on one environment with your Coach. 5 Private Sessions $285 If you have a lot of “concerns” or questions, a significant injury (or many little injuries), or if you’ve been sedentary for a long time you will benefit from a slower pace, more personal approach. With that said our private sessions are also suitable even for the athlete who has previous CrossFit experience but wants to have a little more one on one time fine tuning movements with the Coach.
