We had 20 min time cap at 6am – got through 2 lunges of 3rd round. 75# and KTC
WOW- 45 min later and I feel like I need a nap! 115# for heavy single, felt good and feels like a new PR is on the way. WOD was so challenging – 2 RDS + 46 reps RX. Burpees were a welcome relief.
No, but seriously, we JUST did burpees…
