    John L. C&J PR of 215# (well, the jerk was the PR part, so 1/2 pr:) wod of 18:12 rx…wod really hurt…perhaps those 6 pancakes with breakfast was a bad idea today ;)

  4. WOW- 45 min later and I feel like I need a nap! 115# for heavy single, felt good and feels like a new PR is on the way. WOD was so challenging – 2 RDS + 46 reps RX. Burpees were a welcome relief.
