Shoulder Press
3 Reps OTM x 7

Deadlift
3 Reps OTM x 7

* 1 min transition between each exercise
* You choose weight (refer back to our last strength cycle) Shoot forĀ 75 – 85% of 1 RM.

Cash out -

5 – 10 – 15 yard sprints
1 – OT30s x 10 if time allows
