This past week we saw a lot of “first times”. Congratulations to Debbie who snatched a 35# kettle bell and got her first ascend, Jackie jumped the 19.5″ box, completed her first ascend and snatched the 35# kettle bell, Cathy also snatched the 35# kettle bell and jumped the 28″ box, and Nick snatched the 70# kettle bell.
